Strello Health has raised a $1.1M founding round.
The capital matters. Who invested matters more: most of our pilot customers put money into this round. These are clinics that have watched Strello handle real patient calls and seen their front desks get time back. When the people using your product every day decide to own a piece of it, that's the strongest signal there is.
The round also included local angel investors, the Ontario Centre for Innovation, and one of Canada's major EMRs. Clinicians, operators, provincial innovation partners, and infrastructure companies, all backing the same practical problem.
That problem is one we know from clinic life. The phone became the default entry point for everything: booking, rescheduling, cancellations, questions, faxes, forms, follow-ups, directions. All of it lands on the front desk. Patients wait on hold. Staff never get an uninterrupted minute.
Strello answers every call, completes routine workflows, and reserves human time for the moments that actually need judgment. Today we're handling more than 20,000 calls a month across Canadian clinics, with hundreds of provider schedules live.
This funding lets us keep building carefully: deeper EMR integrations, better workflows, stronger operational tooling, and continued support for the clinics already trusting us with their front desk.
