Will Strello work with my EMR and phone system?
Most likely, yes. We integrate with the EMRs practices use most, including Epic and eClinicalWorks, and work with all VoIP phone systems. Analog (traditional landline) setups are reviewed case by case. Send us a message below and we'll review your exact setup.
What happens if a patient calls for a medical emergency?
Several safeguards triage emergencies and complex cases. Trained admin staff on our end oversee patient interactions and can intervene if needed. The platform also routes all non-routine calls to your clinic staff automatically.
How long does it take to get up and running?
Most practices go live in about two weeks, with no change to your team's workflow. Strello works on your existing phone number and inside your existing EMR.
