We are so thrilled to share that Strello Health has received funding from the Ontario Centre of Innovation, a major milestone in our work to build the AI front desk for Canadian healthcare.

For us, this recognition is meaningful for two reasons. First, it reflects the growing need for practical, clinically grounded AI tools that solve real problems in healthcare delivery. Second, it validates the work our team has been doing alongside clinics, physicians, and front desk staff to make healthcare more accessible for patients.

Strello was built by physicians who saw the same problem every day: patients struggling to get through by phone, front desk teams overwhelmed by call volume, and clinics losing valuable time to repetitive administrative work. Our AI receptionist helps clinics answer calls, support appointment workflows, and respond to common patient needs, while keeping clinic staff in the loop where human judgment is needed.

To our knowledge, Strello is the only AI receptionist company to receive this honour from the Ontario Centre of Innovation. We see that as both a privilege and a responsibility. Healthcare AI must earn trust, not assume it. That means building carefully, measuring outcomes, protecting privacy, and staying close to the realities of clinical practice.

This funding will help us continue improving the Strello platform and expanding our work with clinics across Ontario and beyond. We are especially grateful to the clinics, physicians, staff, patients, advisors, and partners who have helped shape the product from the beginning.

The phones in healthcare do not stop ringing. Our goal is simple: to make sure all the calls are answered, more patients are helped, and more care teams have the support they need to do their best work.
