The Problem Health care is overwhelmed, in our clinics and hospitals. Patients expect and deserve timely access but demand is at an all-time high, fueled by an aging population. And there’s a supply deficit of 10 million healthcare workers projected for 2030 [​McKinsey & Company, Deloitte United States].

Yet, clinic administrative teams are swamped with constant phone calls and appointment requests. Secretaries spend up to half their day on the phone and in some clinics still miss the majority of calls [internal research] in an effort to balance the flood of calls and essential in-person tasks. This workload is exhausting. Burnout is skyrocketing, and high turnover rates mean clinics are constantly losing skilled staff—replacing and training them is costly and time-consuming. At one of our busy hospital clinics of 6 doctors, zero of four secretaries showed up one more than one occasion. Think about how check in or getting ahold of the clinic would work on such days, let alone us poor docs trying to manage a busy office with no support.

Our Vision

Now, imagine an assistant that has infinite patience, handles multiple calls simultaneously, and is always there to help patients get the answers they need. That’s the promise of our AI-driven support system.

This technology manages routine calls, handles appointment booking, provides information, and sends test reminders, easing the strain on clinic staff and allowing them to focus on the in-person care only they can provide.

Our early successes prove the demand for this innovation: in just a few months, we’ve signed on 12 clinics and over 50 doctors. We’re proud to partner with Microsoft, Health 2 Innovation (H2I), and CommuniTech to accelerate our growth and impact.

We take privacy seriously. We’ve hired a dedicated privacy consultant and secured HIPAA-compliant agreements with all partners managing patient data. During roll out, the AI’s work will be reviewed with a live secretary that we hire. Every patient’s privacy is protected at every step.

The software integrates directly into the doctor’s electronic medical record and the clinic’s phone line, creating a seamless experience for clinics and patients alike. This isn’t just an upgrade; it’s a reinvention of clinic operations—one call, one clinic, and one patient at a time.
